This Privacy Policy describes how the applications operated by Anton Orlikovskyi ("we", "us") handle information. It covers two applications, both of them internal tools used to manage advertising accounts owned by us or by clients who have explicitly granted us access.
Anthony Fisherman App (Meta App ID 26902062632799311). Connects to the Meta Marketing API for advertising accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Covered in Part A.
anton-ads-tool. Connects to the Google Ads API for Google Ads accounts linked to our Google Ads manager account (MCC). Covered in Part B.
Both applications are internal tools. Neither is a consumer product. Neither has a public user interface, a sign up, or end user accounts. Neither allows end users of Facebook, Instagram or Google to log in, and neither collects personal data of the people who see or click the ads.
When connected to a Meta advertising account, the App may access:
The App does not collect, store, or process personal information about individual Facebook or Instagram users, contact lists, hashed identifiers, or message content.
The account owner may revoke the App's access at any time via Meta Business Manager, Business Settings, Integrations. The App also honors Meta's Data Deletion Callback if configured.
When authorized, anton-ads-tool may access the following through the Google Ads API:
anton-ads-tool does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Photos or any other Google service. It does not upload or download customer lists, and it does not process personal information about the individuals who see or click the ads.
anton-ads-tool requests a single scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. This is the only scope the Google Ads API offers, and it is required both to read reports and to apply approved changes to campaigns, budgets and keywords. Authorization is granted by the operator's own Google account, never by advertisers or members of the public.
anton-ads-tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An advertiser may unlink their Google Ads account from our manager account at any time, in Google Ads under Tools, Account access. The Google account holder may revoke the application's OAuth authorization at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation the application can no longer read or change anything in the account.
Information is never used for advertising to the account owner, never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, never used to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models, and never combined with data from other sources to profile individuals.
Access tokens, API credentials and account configuration are stored in restricted-access infrastructure operated by Anton Orlikovskyi, in directories with owner only file permissions. Reports and exports may be stored locally on the operator's machine and in private cloud storage accessible only to authorized personnel. Data belonging to one advertiser is never disclosed to another.
Operational data (reports, logs, cached metadata) is retained only as long as needed to serve the account owner. Upon written request to the contact address below, or upon revocation of access on the respective platform, all data linked to that account is deleted within 30 days.
If you are an account owner whose advertising account is connected to either application, you may at any time revoke access on the platform in question, request a copy of the data the application holds about your account, or request full deletion of that data.
Neither application is directed to anyone under 18 and neither knowingly processes information about minors.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top is revised. Material changes are communicated directly to connected account owners.
